Your movie most likely has been blammed, it's a function of the movie and game portals to maintain quality. Your movie was most likely blammed due to getting to many low review scores during the "Under Judgement" stage.

It's just got blammed. Usually on average, a Movie gets around 50 Review at the end of it. If it reaches 2/5 or below (usually Below 40% score), then it will get removed.
